We’ll collect your payment details and charge $1 upfront as a means of securely storing your billing information, but you won't be billed for the remainder until your recipient has scheduled their first session.

You'll receive an email from Jasper outlining the sessions you plan to cover. You can share this with your loved one right away or wait for a later date—you choose the timing!
Your loved one schedules their first session
Your loved one is matched with a counselor based on their needs and schedules their first session on their own timeline. At this point, you'll be billed for the remainder of the session package.
