2Unstoppable is a non-profit provider of virtual oncology exercise & support programs so that every woman with a cancer diagnosis can get moving and improve her own outcome. Exercise improves survival rates, reduces risk of recurrence, combats treatment side effects, elevates emotional well-being, and improves quality of life for those diagnosed with cancer. If it could be encapsulated in a pill, exercise would be diagnosed to every cancer patient worldwide.

Above + Beyond Cancer
Above + Beyond Cancer is a non-profit with a mission of “Elevating the Lives of those touched by Cancer to Create a Healthier World”. Above + Beyond Cancer offers free, evidence-based virtual and in person programs for survivors and the whole community. Programs include; Total Training, Yoga, Meditation, Urban Pole Walking, Walk with Ease, Cycling, Book Club, Cooking and Nutrition Classes, Adventure Fitness and Cancer Education. Ann’s Place
Ann’s Place provides counseling, support groups and wellness programs such as yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, and art to people facing cancer and to their loved ones – all free of charge.
Anticancer Lifestyle Program
The Anticancer Lifestyle Program (ACLP) is dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to create healthier lifestyles, reducing the risk of cancer, cancer recurrence, and chronic illnesses. Beyond Restored Inc.
Beyond Restored, Incorporated’s mission is to contribute to the eradication of breast cancer/all cancers by providing compassionate care through advocacy and education awareness, and supply daily basic needs to cancer patients, survivors, family members and our communities.
Beyond Restored, Incorporated sole purpose is to initially understand individuals dealing with cancers, their fight, and sense of loss. Founder, Sabrina Cromartie has a sincere passion and was led to reach out and assist patients, survivors and communities with basic needs. The Blood Cancer Foundation of Michigan provides disease education and resources, financial assistance, social, and emotional support to blood cancer patients and their families across the state of Michigan.

The Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation, founded in 1992, is a national organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for pediatric and adult cancer and transplant patients and their families by providing vital financial assistance, comprehensive resources, educational information, physician referrals and emotional support programs.

Bright Spot Network
Bright Spot Network provides young cancer survivors who are parents of small children with a safe space for individual and familial healing, recovery, and reconnection. We focus on young parents and guardians caring for small children at the time of diagnosis, including those diagnosed during pregnancy.
Cactus Cancer Society
Cactus Cancer Society’s mission is to provide a safe space where young adults facing cancer can connect, cope, and thrive with one another in an online community through creativity and expression. Our vision is to end isolation among young adults facing cancer.
Cancer Connection of Northwest Ohio, Inc.
Who we are: Cancer Connection of Northwest Ohio, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was created because of a personal cancer experience. Having realized a need in the community for hands-on support and guidance for cancer patients and families, this organization was founded in December of 2008. Every Employee, Volunteer, and Board Member has been touched by cancer.
Our impact: In the past 12 years, we have provided $1.5 million in free programs and have served over 5200 cancer patients and their families. We are the only nonprofit with a specialized children’s program in this area – our youngest patient was only 6 months old. 90% of our budget is programming. 82% of our patients are stage 4 or advanced, metastatic cancer.
Our mission: The mission of Cancer Connection of Northwest Ohio, INc. is to ensure full complement of support so that no one needs to go through cancer alone.
Our objective: Improve cancer outcomes for child and adult patients, with specific attention to those patients in distress (undeserved, encumbered, late stage, aggressive cancer).
Cancer Pathways
Since 1996, Cancer Pathways has stayed true to its mission of ‘facing cancer together’ by offering deep and far-reaching support for those who have been touched by cancer. We host events, educational forums, teen education, wellness classes, kids camp, and workplace support all at no cost to members of our community. When someone is diagnosed with cancer, it touches not only that person, but also everyone around them. Our programs and support groups create a space to empower and educate our community. The mission of the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes is to create and sustain a community of support for people living with and affected by cancer. The Cancer Resource Center seeks to serve all people living with or affected by cancer. Our goal is to create an inclusive, welcoming community in which the perspectives and needs of all those we serve are heard and respected.
Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine
The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine, is located in Norway, Maine and was founded by three local cancer survivors in 2015. We embrace anyone affected by cancer in a community that offers hope and caring through support, education and concepts in healthy living. We offer wellness programs, activities, classes, complementary therapy services, support groups, travel and food assistance, and comfort items – all free of charge- to anyone impacted by cancer….because no one should face cancer alone.
Cancer Support Center
The Cancer Support Center is here to give strength, guidance, and support to anyone living with a cancer diagnosis, as well as to their loved ones. We do this as a community-based, volunteer-driven, donor-supported organization. Professional therapists, counselors, nutritionists, and experts always deliver our programs, resources, and services; and are provided in a warm, welcoming, and nurturing setting at no cost to participants.
Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor
Cancer Support Community (CSC) of Greater Ann Arbor is part of an international non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. All programs are completely free of charge and offered in a comfortable, home-like environment. These programs range from professionally facilitated support groups, exercise and nutrition programs to children and family programming. CSC is the only organization in the community that focuses solely on improving the quality of life of people affected by cancer.

Cassie Hines Shoes Cancer Foundation
Cassie Hines Shoes Cancer Foundation supports young adults (18-39) during their cancer diagnosis, treatment and beyond. We do this through a variety of advocacy and programming. For many young adults who have put their lives on hold after hearing the phrase “You have cancer”, the real battle begins after the bell has rung. CHSCF is passionate about encouraging young adults to take a risk on adventure based weeklong programs. We host Base2Summit; a FREE weeklong survivorship program in Northern Michigan. We facilitate wellness, adventure and connection through hiking, kayaking and some down time on one of Michigan’s supreme lakes. CHSCF also offers travel assistance, in the form of airfare, to other survivorship programs listed on our website. It’s time to walk in the shoes you were meant to wear again!
Casting for Recovery
Casting for Recovery® provides nationwide healing outdoor retreats for women with breast cancer, at no cost to the participants. The retreats are open to women of any age, in any stage of breast cancer treatment and recovery. This unique program combines breast cancer education and peer support with fly fishing, enhancing the lives of women.
Children’s Leukemia Research Association
Founded in 1965, Children’s Leukemia Research Association strives to be at the forefront of funding medical expenses for families affected by blood cancers and supporting groundbreaking hospital research, ultimately leading to enhanced treatments and a cure.
Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation
The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) is a global organization with the mission of finding a cure for cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) and improving the quality of life for patients. CCF pursues innovative methodologies, technologies, and partnerships to drive education, support programs, research, and funding strategies. The Foundation supports patients and their caregivers by connecting them to resources, mentors, CCF support groups, and informational webinars. CCF provides information to equip patients and their caregivers to navigate their treatment journey alongside their healthcare providers. The Foundation also founded and participates in the International Cholangiocarcinoma Research Network, a global collaboration of research groups from renowned institutions working in concert to improve knowledge about cholangiocarcinoma etiology, prevention, early detection, treatment, and prognosis
Columbus Cancer Care Foundation
Columbus Cancer CARE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Columbus, Nebraska established to address the unmet needs in Platte, Colfax, Boone, Nance, Polk, & Butler counties with regard to providing support for cancer patients and their families.
Our mission is to CARE by providing Community outreach and education, Access to cancer care, Resources for cancer patients and their families, and Education for the community and area healthcare professionals, regarding cancer prevention, early detection, screening and treatment options.
Our services include transportation for patients, Cancer Care Support Group hosted in Columbus, Ne, Bag It’s (Personalized guidebook that keeps their information organized and easily accessible), gas cards, social events, Marylyn’s Hope Lift Chair Program, hotel accommodations, free blankets, scarves, head wraps and customized wigs.
David Spence Cancer Foundation
The David Spence Cancer Foundation provides support to defeat ALL cancers, not just one in particular. Cancer is ubiquitous and I could not with good conscience pick one type of cancer to defeat over another just as I could not pick one cancer patient to care for over another.
DiepCfoundation
DiepCjourney Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 organization providing education and resources to empower those affected by breast cancer with information to make an informed decision about options for breast reconstruction after mastectomy. We provide 24/7 access to online resources across all social media platforms that include: DiepCJourney blog, DiepCJourney Podcast, and DiepCFoundation YouTube channel. We provide one on one personal support for those needing it. This may include finding a skilled, board-certified surgeon, as well as the planning, recovery, and living a healthy life after a diagnosis and breast reconstruction surgery. Doreen Katz Memorial Cancer Foundation
The Doreen Katz Memorial Cancer Foundation is dedicated to supporting children whose parents are diagnosed with cancer. We aim to alleviate financial burdens by covering school fees directly charged to families for traditional K-12 education expenses. These include but are not limited to advanced placement classes, science, music, and art classes, ensuring that our children can pursue their dreams without hindrance. Additionally, we offer various forms of therapy to provide children with a supportive outlet outside the home during this highly stressful period for both them and their families.
Our program operates across K-12 education and is currently active in 11 states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. Our primary goal is to ensure that these children not only graduate from high school but also develop coping mechanisms to navigate the stressors inherent in their lives due to a parent’s cancer diagnosis, a situation beyond their control.
Firefly Sisterhood
The mission of Firefly Sisterhood is to foster one-to-one connections between women impacted by breast cancer and inspirational survivors and thrivers that serve as their Peer Mentor Guides.
Firefly Sisterhood provides personalized one-to-one support for women who have been impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis. Our unique mentoring program creates connections that extend the patients’ support network beyond their family and medical team to include a volunteer Peer Mentor Guide with a similar story and experience.
Through our unique matching process, we connect support seekers to a personally selected Peer Mentor Guide whose breast cancer experience is similar. There are no automated matches here. Our program staff are personally involved with every single match, taking into account each person’s life experience and what is important to you.
