Why I specialize in cancer
I have people in my life who have been impacted by cancer and one of the common refrains is that there’s a lack of support, particularly in the survivorship phase. I love connecting with people and learning about what drives them, what their barriers are, and where they need more support. Being able to normalize people’s experiences has a huge impact on their mental health and ability to move forward.
What Jasper patients have said about working with me
“Talking to Lindsey is the best part of my week.”
I see so many people who feel like they already have the support they need but eventually come to the realization that they really needed more, and I’m able to provide that to them. My job is to help people with cancer feel less alone. You’re already going through something really hard; you often don’t have the time, energy, and knowledge of where to start and where to go. Being able to step in and help with that makes a world of a difference.
