We provide a wide range of virtual, online and in person services that enhance an individual’s ability to experience quality of life through practices that incorporate physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Our programming focuses on coping tools, self-care techniques and cultivating the mind-body connection, and includes classes on Expressive Arts, Healing Movement, Meditation & Mindfulness, Nutrition and Cooking, Guest Speakers and more. We also have a robust on-demand portfolio of videos, podcasts and a self-paced tutorial system. Recognizing that cancer comes with enough of a price tag, we do not charge for our programs. Participant donations are appreciated but never required; our funding comes from grants, sponsorships, private donors and fundraising.
