Abby Gail Solomon is a Medical Social Worker and Cancer Navigator who brings unwavering dedication and heartfelt compassion to every individual embarking on their cancer journey. She obtained her Masters in Social Work at Florida International University and has been in the field of Social Work for the last 7 years. She has honed the skills necessary to provide personalized support and guidance to members facing health challenges. In addition to her oncology experience, Abby has several years experience as a transplant social worker.

She is passionate about reducing barriers to care. As a care navigator she serves as a trusted advocate, assisting members in accessing the resources, services, and information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare journey. Whether providing support, explaining treatment options, or connecting patients with community resources, Abby is  committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being.

Prior to being a Social Worker, Abby worked as a crisis counselor. Abby resides in New Jersey with her husband, 3 children, and their beloved chihuahua. She enjoys visiting parks, nature reserves and family time.
